Shipping Policy

International Customers
Please note: International orders may be charged import VAT and a small handling fee by your local customs service. This is outside of our control and is paid by the customer on delivery. We use Royal Mail which charges Customs and handling fees from the beginning - This helps the shipping of your order to go more smoothly. 

(Exchanges are not free for our International customers )

 

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] after payment is received.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it is available

Returns

Returns are accepted provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in perfect original condition (no makeup, perfume, other signs of wear)

  • Original tags remain attached

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is provided

  • You email us explaining the reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order

Return requests made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for any other item, subject to availability (within UK only ).

Exchanges are only accepted once:

  • The original item is received by us in original unused condition (no makeup, perfume, other signs of wear)

  • Original tags are attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • You email us at amaliyas.abayas@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The item is sent back within 14 days of contacting us

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images showing the fault. Once confirmed, return shipping will be covered.
