Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it is available
Returns
Returns are accepted provided that:

Items are unworn, unused, and in perfect original condition (no makeup, perfume, other signs of wear)

Original tags remain attached

Proof of purchase (receipt) is provided

You email us explaining the reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order
Return requests made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for any other item, subject to availability.
Exchanges are only accepted once:

The original item is received by us in original unused condition (no makeup, perfume, other signs of wear)

Original tags are attached

Proof of purchase is provided

The item is sent back within 14 days of contacting us
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images showing the fault. Once confirmed, return shipping will be covered.
